Comments

Gregory Lynn Haag is a holistic health care professional who has been helping people learn to live healthier and happier lives for almost twenty years. He has accomplished this by increasing their understanding and knowledge of how to take responsibility for their own health and well-being through proper nutrition.

His research and study In health and nutrition included eight years working as Health Director with Dr. Herbert M. Shelton (one of the founding fathers of the natural healing movement and author of over 50 books on nutrition), at his world-famous health school in San Antonio, Texas.

While there, Dr. Haag saw thousands of cases where people improved their health through fasting and nutrition. He gave lectures and was in charge of hundreds of juice and water fasts. His experience in this area is probably one of the foremost in the United States today.

Wanting to have the best available knowledge of human pathology, physiology and pharmacolgy, Dr. Haag attended and graduated from medical school in 1984. He then resumed his holistic healing practice.

Through Dr. Haag's program of nutrition, behavior modification, mild exercise, meditation, sleep, sun, and hydration therapy, he helped hundreds of people Improve their health.

In addition, he operated a natural childbirth center for two years, where nutrition was a key factor in the improved health of his patients and the healthy delivery of their babies.

He has given hundreds of lectures and seminars on nutrition, exercise, side effects of drugs and medical procedures, and behavior modification throughout the Americas -- Canada, U.S. and Mexico, as well as personally overseeing hundreds of juice & water fasts and nutritional programs.

Dr. Haag has been supervising director of several health, healing and rejuvenation centers. His combination of experience, dynamic lecturing skills and compassion put him in a class by himself in the field of nutrition.

The holistic approach Dr. Haag has used for 20 years has been gaining steady acceptance even in the mainstream health community, as disillusionment with "miracle drugs" and high-tech health intervention is growing.

He has been recommended in the bestselling book, "Fit For Life II" and was recently seen on television's "20/20" denouncing food irradiation as a health threat and deterrent to proper health and nutrition.

Last year Dr. Haag worked on the Board of Directors of the Florida Nutrition Council Association. He served on the advisory panel which sponsored legislation in Florida to promote the availability of nutritional counseling, and testified during legislative hearings at the State's capitol.

Most recently, Dr. Haag was the Health Director of Mountain Mist in the summer in the mountains of North Carolina, and GLH Center in the winter in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Dr. Haag's message is an effective one whether delivered to hundreds at a time at a seminar or in one-on-one sessions. With the advent of fax machines, telecommunication and telephone consultations, Dr. Haag has helped clients throughout the world.

He deals with many health problems including chronic ailments like arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis and digestive disorders, as well as other illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Although a graduate of medical school, Dr. Haag is NOT a practicing medical doctor. He prefers an all natural, holistic approach. He is currently available for written and telephone consultations.
